1Acceptance
These terms govern the use of youaxi, provided by evoaxi. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
2What the service is
A career platform for the person: a professional profile, résumé import and writing with export to PDF and Word, behavioral, language and technical tests with feedback for the person answering, a reading of what your profile proves and what it does not prove yet, market salary ranges by role, a job board and application tracking.
youaxi is the person's door into a platform that also serves companies that recruit. The separation between the two sides is described in the Privacy Policy.
3What the service explicitly does not promise
youaxi does not promise a job, an interview or an answer from any company. The board brings openings closer to your profile and applications are tracked through milestones, but each hiring process is run by the company that owns the opening, outside our control.
Test feedback supports self-knowledge. It is not a diagnosis, a psychological report or a classification of the person, and each one declares the limit of what it measured.
The market range is a reference for what a role pays in a region. It is not an offer, not a promise of compensation, and never a value on you.
4What you commit to
Recording information that is true and yours. The profile exists to prove what you know; invented content breaks exactly what gives it value.
Keeping the sign-in link you receive by email, and the credentials of the account you use to sign in, to yourself.
Not using the service for unlawful activity, and not trying to bypass technical limits, daily usage limits or the isolation between accounts.
5About the résumé and the feedback
What you build here is yours: the exported résumé, the feedback and the profile data can be used by you anywhere, and they leave together in the export file.
The platform, the tests, the prompts and the code that produce them remain evoaxi property.
Content generated by language models can contain errors. Read the résumé before sending it, and read the feedback with a critical eye: it describes what showed up, not who you are.
6Free tier and limits
Getting started is free: creating the profile, building the résumé and taking tests cost nothing. Features that use AI have a daily limit, declared on the screen itself, so the operating cost does not run open-ended.
If some advanced feature becomes a paid plan in the future, the price will be published on the site first, and what you have already built remains yours and accessible.
7Availability
We work to keep the service up, but it can become unavailable due to maintenance or failure, including failures of third parties we depend on, such as the language model vendor.
8Limitation of liability
youaxi supports your career decisions, but does not answer for them. We are not responsible for hiring or dismissal decisions made by companies, for the outcome of applications, for compensation negotiated from the market range, or for how third parties use the résumé you exported and distributed.
Our liability, when it exists, is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event.
9Termination
You can delete your profile whenever you want, with a button inside the product, and export everything first. We may close accounts in case of use that violates these terms or threatens the security of the service, with notice whenever notice is possible.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by Brazilian law, and the courts of evoaxi's home district are elected to resolve what conversation cannot.
