1Who we are and what this document covers
evoaxi builds and operates youaxi, the career platform for the person. For the data you record here, evoaxi is the controller, and this document describes the processing.
youaxi is the person's door into a platform that also serves companies that recruit. The two sides are separated by construction: what a company sees of you is only what you allowed, at the visibility level you chose.
2What data we process
Four sets, with different origins and purposes.
- Your account
- Name and email from the sign-in method you use (Google, another corporate account, a passkey or a link by email), plus the consent record with the version and date of the text you accepted.
- Your profile and your résumé
- What you write or import: identification, role, city, experiences, education, skills, the text of generated résumés and the CV file you upload for reading.
- Your tests and feedback
- The answers you give in tests, the results and the text of the feedback. All of it is born visible to you alone, and only what you bring to your profile, item by item, appears there.
- Site and product usage
- Aggregate visit and event measurement, with no cookie and without identifying the person, plus the technical records needed to operate the service, such as AI usage and the audit trail of what happened in your account.
3Profiles start private
Every profile starts at the Private level: only you see it. The next levels (Only where I apply, and Open to opportunities) are your choice, are recorded, and can be reversed at any time.
The list of who viewed your profile shows the company that opened it and the reason, and stays visible to you. Showing up in a search does not count as a view: it only counts when someone actually opens it.
Your test results are not shown to any company, even at the most open level. What appears is what you decide to bring to your profile.
4Who else processes this content
Some features use third-party language models: reading the CV you import, writing the résumé from your profile, and drafting the test feedback. The relevant content is sent to the vendor at the moment the feature runs, and these features have a daily usage limit.

- Google Cloud Platform for hosting and database, and a transactional email provider for the sign-in link and notices.
5What we use it for
To provide the service: store your profile, write and export your résumé, run the tests and return the feedback, calculate the market range for the role you query, sort the job board and track your applications.
To operate safely: authenticate, record the audit trail of what happened in the account, and enforce the daily limits of the features that use AI.
To improve the product in aggregate, from usage metrics. Your résumé, your answers and your feedback are not used to train models.
6Legal bases
Processing your profile, résumé, tests and applications rests on the performance of the contract with you: it is the service you asked for when you created the account.
Aggregate site measurement and technical operation records rest on the legitimate interest of keeping the service up, safe and properly sized.
7Automated decision-making
Test feedback supports your self-knowledge and is produced with the help of language models. It is not a diagnosis, it does not classify you into a type, and each screen declares the limit of what it measured.
The job board sorting brings openings closer to your profile to ease your search, with no score and no percentage. No hiring decision is made by youaxi: hiring processes are decided by companies, outside of here.
The market range is a reference for what the market pays for a role, seniority and region. It is never a price on you, and it is not an offer.
8How long we keep it
Your profile and your history remain available while you keep the profile active, because its value comes from evolving over time.
You can delete your profile at any time, with a button inside the product. What goes away and what remains is shown on screen before you confirm; your account remains, and you can start again whenever you want.
Once the profile is deleted or the account closed, the content is removed within thirty days, except what the law requires us to keep.
9Security
Sign-in is through an account you already have, a passkey or an email link that expires in fifteen minutes: there is no password of ours to leak.
Each person's and each organization's data are separated in the database itself, and the isolation is verified by tests that run on every change.
Every relevant event in your account enters a queryable audit trail, and the inventory of what we hold about you is visible on the Privacy screen.
10International transfer
The language model vendor and the hosting infrastructure operate outside Brazil, which means international transfer of the data described above.
We choose vendors that offer contractual data protection clauses and keep with them the commitment to process the material only to provide the service.
11Your rights
"Download my data" delivers everything in one file, including the text of your résumés and your test results, and "Delete my profile" removes the profile right away. Access and portability are buttons, not requests.
You can also ask for confirmation of processing, correction, anonymization and information about who we share data with, beyond what the buttons already deliver.

12Cookies and measurement
This site measures visits in aggregate, with no cookie and without identifying who visits. That is why there is no consent banner here: there is nothing to consent to.
Inside the product we use only the cookie needed to keep your session open.
13Changes to this policy
When we change something relevant, we notify you by email and update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after that means agreeing to the new text.
